GDPR – Processing of personal data As you may be aware, new rules come into effect on the 25th of May 2018 regarding how we use and store your personal information. To comply with these regulations, there must be a lawful basis for us to, collect, process and store any personal data that you provide us. For us, the provision of our services is the control and running of Teesside Model Flying Club
How we use your personal data. We use your personal information to provide you with information and updates about the running of Teesside Model Flying Club. Your details / data will only be shared with the BMFA and CAA, in relation membership services, it will not be share with anyone else or any company.
Your rights.
You have the right to object to how we process your personal information. You also have the right to access, correct, sometimes delete and restrict the personal information that we use. How we gather your information.
The information you provide us directly, we collect from the annual membership renewal form. This information is stored securely by the Treasurer and password protected and is only accessible to limited members of the committee, (who require it to fulfil their role).

TMFC will not distribute your personal information to third parties, apart from the BMFA & CAA, unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
